The Day It Rained.

So it was one of those days in Kashmir when you moved through the roads that overlook the lake itself, the cool lake breeze grazing your face, chilling you. ​You look up, and in the midst of all this, you see these black clouds, pouring rain over the valley, the lake and everything in between. The road turns into a mirror, and then there's no differentiation between the lake and the road itself, because both of them reflect the same beautiful mountains that Kashmir is surrounded by. It just gives a serene look with the dark cloud cover and the sun peeking through the mountains from afar, illuminating part of the lake, while the other half is still covered by the shadows cast by those very same clouds.
